The balance between information and entertainment that we desired was implemented with perfection. The cooperation with Sattler Consulting was very professional and a key factor in the great success of our 20-year anniversary event.“

Munich Re Group Conference
The 150 top managers of Munich Re Group met In the idyllic Bavarian Château Schloss Hohenkammer near Munich. The day was, of course, all hard facts. Mario Bottazzi softened them up in the evening with a rap and songs wrapped around a key note combining music and business (!) by Prof. Dr. Christian Scholz. All in English, which was no problem for both.
Prof Scholz says high performance needs dissonance and these he supplies with his 5 Seconds Model. Seconds are a dissonant musical intervall and he uses them as a metaphor for contradictory concepts like hierarchy/democracy, success/fun, perfection/adventure…

Christian Scholz and Mario Bottazzi were perfect partners in infotainment. The Munich Re Group managers took great pleasure in loosening their ties a bit.
And what did the client say?
„Preparation and execution were a lot of fun. I was especially happy about the very positive resonance during the event.“
Dr. Heike Heidenreich
Head of Department
Employee and Leadership Com.
WUP Idea Workshop – Munich
WUP Idea Workshop for Events Munich 6.12.2012
Hermann Will, event master of long and high standing in Germany, invited event professionals from both sides of the fence, clients, consultants, coaches, trainers, and creative performers to two days full of ideas and inspiration in the Library of the Literaturhaus Munich.
Mario Bottazzi demonstrated his Rap Factory and got them all writing and performing their Workshop Rap. This making fun and sense together was the perfect end of a day full of ideas for events.
NOEH Convention
NOEH Convention and 30 years anniversary of daycare mothers
NOEH, the Hilfswerk Lower Austria invited 500 daycare mothers and some daycare fathers for a day of information and celebration. The Daycare Mother Blues begin sketch with Ingeborg Schwab got them all off to a good start.
NOEH Day Mother Superior Elke Fuchs moderated the “serious” agenda, which was interspersed with rap and song by Mario Bottazzi. The Thomas Poms Dancers with their NOEH breakdance show were the climax of an event that was completely in line with the expectations but still something really different. In February 2013 TigersCom will be playing a creative part in the 35 years anniversary of NOEH.
And what did the client say?
“The audience and we are very happy. This was a new event concept for us that worked perfectly. Thank you Mario.”

For the fourth time TigersCom played for the family-owned company from Villach, Carinthia. This year comedy from Styria and Carinthia was the offering for the visitors to the Ressenig stand. The Radeschnig twins and Oliver Hochkofler played a best of out of their programmes. Mario Bottazzi was, as always, the singing moderator. Something completely different for a trade fair!
Denkstatt Celebrates Fifth Year
Denkstatt Vienna, an consulting agency specializing in sustainable and profitable thinking celebrated five years in its new premises in Hietzing, a very fine part of town with a very fine High Five Party. Mario Bottazzi embellished the proceedings with the denkstatt- Rap and even got all these sustainable business thinkers and their clients a singin‘ in the Denkstatt Choir.

And what does the client say?
“Right at our first meeting Mario Bottazzi knew what our High Five Party needed. His preparation was perfect, as was his performance. We’re still talking about it today!“ Thanks a lot.

Dr Christian Plas, Managing Partner Denkstatt
ELTAV all over Germany
35 Years of ELTAV – Dec. 8, 2012
ELTAV, an electrical installations company based in Birkenwerder near Berlin, working all over Germany, wanted to celebrate, but differently. And this they did with the help of Detlev Koepke’s Event Agency and TigersCom’s ideas and performers Mario Bottazzi and Hendrik Herchenbach.
The evening was not just sitting back and enjoying performances and proceedings but also doing something: Rapping the ELTAV Masters Rap, written in the course of the evening by ELTAV managers. The audience was electrified.
And what did the client say?
“At first we were skeptical. Now we‘re enthusiastic. Thank you!”
-Frank Heidrich, Managing Director

PMCC Book Presentation – Vienna
Christian Majer und Luis Stabauer, both consultants and trainers for pmcc Consulting presented their book about Social Competence in Project Management. The book spoke for itselt in that Christian Majer played Katharina Berghof, a figure out of the book. The video above shows Luis Stabauer as Walter Punkt, a project manager of long standing who is obliged to get a social competent brush over by Katahrina, and he doesn’t like it one bit and grumbles about it to Mario Bottazzi who plays his colleague Walter Punkt.
Everybody present enjoyed the informative and entertaining presentation.
Mario Bottazzi designed and moderated the evening and wrote the film script
And what did the client say?
“Congratulations, it couldn’t have been better” -Dipl.-Ing. Gernot Winkler, Managing Partner
Ressenig Expo Show 3 Klagenfurt
Some clients just can’t help coming back for more. As in 2006 2008 TigersCom Head Tiger Mario Bottazzi and his musical team played three shows a day at the Ressenig stand. It was great fun and a great success for all concerned.
What did the client say?
“It was once again a professional and inspirational collaboration. The 2010 show was the best show! Ressenig company content was delivered with optimal clarity and multimedia employment. Dance, music, film, and moderation were a perfect and homogeneous mix. I’m looking forward to 2012!” -Rudolf Funk, IDEENBRÜCKE, Villach, Austria
REWE CareerShaper – Ramsau 2
Satisfied clients come back. As did REWE with its Personality Seminar Karriereschmiede for over 300 trainees in Ramsau am Dachstein. In 2009 TigersCom produced the REWE Group Song with the trainees’ view of the various companies of the REWE Group. Song and Ringttone were subsequently employed with great success in the REWE internal company communication. This year brought another task. A song to support the soon to start REWE trainee campaign “Join the REWElution”.
As in 2009 Tigertrainers Mario Bottazzi (text/vocals) and Stephan Grassl (music/recording) were able involve everybody from the word go. And go they did! Within 8 hours the 11 trainees wrote and produced a catchy song that they also presented live in front of their colleagues and REWE leaders. Everbody “REWEd”. As in 2009 song and ringtone will head the hit parade of the internal company Radio Max. What more can you want?
What did the client say?
“Thanks for the super collaboration. Our trainees were very enthusiastic about the their REWE Rap. A catchy tune one can’t forget, you’ve done it again!” – Mag. Doris Rannegger, REWE International AG, Central HR-Management, Trainee Development
Gekko Duck Race – Perchtoldsdorf
Gekko, a Viennese software house and repeat offender as TigersCom client , invited friends and customers to “A Day at the Duck Races” in Perchtoldsdorf, an idyllic hamlet near Vienna. About 100 guests came (we didn’t count the ducks) to to take part in the race and partake of the buffet (el gusto Espanol). Mario Bottazzi mastered the ceremonies as rapping moderator and as Head Duck with no time for sitting.
ECO WORLD Styria – Graz
Performing Moderation par excellence!
ECO WORLD Styria, recently declared by Sustainable World Capital to be the world’s best Greentech Cluster held its annual Zukunftswerkstatt (Future Workshop) for 150 personalities from politics, science, and business in the assembly hall of the Alte Universität Graz. Mario Bottazzi always struck the right light key with his performances and moderation. Starting off energetically with the ECO WORLD Rap, he moved on to interview politicians and key note speakers with knowledge in his mind and tongue in his cheek, and at the end he even got the venerable professors, politicians and CEOs to cluster together in vocal harmony. ECO WORLD Styria, the world’s best Clean Tech Choir!
And what did the client say?
Dr. Sabine Marx , ECO WORLD Styria:
“We had decided to enrich the ECO Zukunftswerkstatt with emotional elements. Not an easy job for most moderators, that’s why we finally chose Mario Bottazzi. He delivered the right mix of performance and moderation, of knowledge and humour to transform an academic event into a refreshing experience for heart and mind! I would especially like to thank him for the excellent collaboration, creativity, and flexibilty in the preparatory phase.”
ASOM 25 years Anniversary – Vienna
Peter Drucker said: Organisations that play together stay together. Mario Bottazzi made a playful contribution to the 25-year jubilee of ASOM, the Academy for Social Management in Vienna. Motto: Forever Young. Alumni (many of them today heads of social institutions) and trainers came together to celebrate, and to their surprise, to write and perform a rap in the course of their celebration. They worked and it worked.
What did the client have to say?
“Thanks for your professional preparation and performance at our 25 years anniversary. Your ASOM Rap at the beginning got everybody into the mood and we all had fun writing our personal ASOM Rap. The feedback couldn’t have been better!”
Mag. Cornelia Stolla

3C Munich, Housewarming Party
3C, TigersCom Cooperation Partner in Munich, has moved to a new office. This had to be communicated and celebrated. With a 3C Housewarming Party, a 3 C Rap, and a 3 C Singalong with Mario Bottazzi. The 150 guests had a ball, 3 C and Mario too.
Click on Mario to watch the 3C Housewarming Party, Munich, 2.2.2010
What did the client (Mario’s good friend 3 C-EO Christopher Franke) have to say?
“Thanks Mario, that’s exactly what a business event should be like, especially for a media company. Clients forgot that they’re clients, and we forgot that we have to service them. Wonderful!”
Well Wednes-Talk – Guntramsdorf
Well Wednes-Talk, Networking Event: September 25th, Guntramsdorf (near Vienna):
The Well-Wednes-Talk, a regular networking event put on by Gekko DatenverarbeitungsgmbH, Volksbank Baden, the law firm of bpv Hgel and Schema Wirtschaftstreuhand, was held on Friday, the 25th of September at JAG-Point. Title: “N(o)tworking” – Success Without Work?. This title drew 200 decision-makers from Vienna and the surrounding area. Mario Bottazzi designed and moderated the event. The evening’s theme was networking, so it was only logical (thought Mario) that the event organisers — who are a network themselves — should share their own inside insights with the audience in the N(o)twork Talkshow. No external key-note speakers necessary; just authentic experiences, from topic to topic, from entrepreneur to entrepreneur.
This also suited the audience, which felt itself very well infotained in a brilliant buffett-to-band evening. Just like a network event is supposed to be!
What did the customer say?
Perfect! Thank you! Marcus Weixelberger, Gekko DatenverarbeitungsgmbH

REWE Personality Seminar 1
Over 200 REWE trainees from BILLA, Penny, BIPA, ADEG and Merkur came together in Ramsau, Lower Austria, to concern themselves with themselves in general and REWE in particular. The course program offered many ways to do this. Outdoor activities, filming, radio journalism, service seminars, personality training, graffiti etc – and Mario Bottazzi’s REWE Song Group. Six young ladies wrote and sang to a playback prepared beforehand in the TigerSoundStudio. All the REWE jingles and claims had been digitally worked over and merged into one song with one refrain by Mario Bottazzi. This concept had impressed REWE’s human resources management because it was smack on their objective for the REWE trainees to see themselves and their company as a part of REWE.
The REWE Girls’ task was to write and sing/rap the verses about REWE and their individual companies. The overall motto: “We are REWE Group”. The song was recorded on location in the mobile TigerSoundStudio and played at the closing event and was very well received. So well, in fact, that REWE RADIO MAX supermarket program has been featuring the song since then and REWE even had a ringtone post-produced in the TigerSoundStudio!
What does the customer say?
Doris Rannegger, REWE International AG, Talent Management/Central HR-Management:
“First off, I would once again like to express my thanks for what turned out to be a perfect cooperation. Meanwhile, I have been able to compile the feedback sheets and I got wonderful comments of the like I’ve never seen before.”
VINCI Rap Factory – Frankfurt
VINCI employees can and should profit from their company’s success with CASTOR International, an employee investment program. With this thought in mind, sixty top managers of VINCI Germany came together at the Hotel Steigenberger in Königstein near Frankfurt to get informed and motivated to sell shares to their employees. The creative climax and (w)rap up of an information-rich morning was the Rap Factory with Mario Bottazzi. In only 30 minutes, the VINICIANS wrote a CASTOR rap text and recorded it live. The Rap was post-produced at Tiger Sound studio in Vienna and will continue to speak out for CASTOR as a company internal communication and advertising tool.
